Arthritic pain or aches in your muscles and joints? Instead of reaching for your typical over-the-counter ointment rub, why not try the natural route? This simple to make, 5-ingredient recipe will do wonders in the relief of your chronic or acute pain.
8 oz. Vaseline or non petroleum jelly
7 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
3 Tablespoons ginger powder
1 teaspoon peppermint oil
1 teaspoon wintergreen oil
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix thoroughly until incorporated. Store room temperature in a sealed jar. Apply wherever pain is present. Be careful not to get this mix into your eyes.
