Another delightful recipe from the S.A.D. to G.L.A.D.
Cookbook! This sugar-free dessert is sure to please.
Carob Coated Kisses
1 C peanut butter
1 C chopped dates
1/4 -1/2 C honey
1 C chopped nuts
1 C wheat germ
1/2 C soy milk powder
2 - 3 T juice or water
1 lb carob chips (non-dairy, malt sweetened)
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the carob chips. Mix well and form into balls. Melt carob chips. Dip balls in melted chips. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.
