Biscuits and Gravy Recipe



Flaky Biscuits Recipe (Yields 10 biscuits)
1 C whole wheat flour 1 C unbleached flour 1/2 C water 1/4 C food grade hydrogen peroxide mixture 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lecithin 1/2 C oil
Mix dry ingredients. Blend water, lecithin and oil until mixed. Add to dry mixture. Fold in food grade hydrogen peroxide mixture. Use ice cream scoop to form biscuits and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Formula to dilute 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide - use 1 part 35% H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) to 11 parts water. This will give you the mixture needed for the recipe.

Country Style Gravy Recipe
2 C water 1/2 tsp salt 1 T nutritional yeast 1/2 C cashew pieces, rolled oats, whole wheat or unbleached flour 2 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos 2 tsp onion powder
Blend all ingredients well. Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. This is a good cream sauce.
