8-10 apples, sliced
1/3 C apple juice concentrate
2 T unbleached flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 C oatmeal, fine
1/4 C apple juice concentrate pinch of salt
1 C walnuts, chopped fine
1/2 C unsweetened coconut
Mix apples, flour, apple juice concentrate and salt. Spread into oblong baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and put over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
