Health And Wellness Coaching

The GOD'S PLAN Health Coaching Program provides information and ongoing health coaching support about how to improve your lifestyle in relation to:

• Healthy eating
• Being active
• Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight
• Discovering Good Health!

Participants of the GOD'S PLAN Health Program will receive Professional faith-based health coaching from a qualified health coach, who will assist in:

• Developing personal health goals
• Creating action plans
• Maintaining motivation
• Identifying problem areas
• Creating solutions for a successful lifestyle change

The GOD'S PLAN health coach will call participants at times that are suitable for them between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday. Participants receive free resources including an Information Book and a Coaching Journal, and can also access logs and other tools from their health coach to keep an eye on their progress.  MEET Ministry is a member of the Adventist Christian Coaching Alliance.

Getting Started

Taking part in the GOD'S PLAN health coaching program is easy!  
Coaching fees are $75 per session.
